In the app
- Open Gapeye and sign in.
- Open Settings.
- Open Account.
- Tap Delete account, then Delete forever.
That deletes the sign-in, the Measure & save records (the label, the notes, the mode, the dimensions, the calculated result, the ± range, and the Ai answer), the photos stored with them, and the Ai answer count. The same screen can download a copy of your data first. Deletion runs through our server when it is connected. Our secure cloud servers in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany) hold the account data that this step removes.
By email
Email info@gapeye.com from the address on the account. Subject: Delete my Gapeye account. We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm. Use this path if you no longer have the phone.
What we cannot delete for you
Apple and Google keep the store receipt for Gapeye Pro under their own rules. Cancel the subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play subscriptions, or it can renew. RevenueCat drops the entitlement when the store says the subscription has ended. Ad partners keep advertising data under their policies and the consent you gave. Sentry keeps crash reports under its retention, without your photos or email. Deleting the account does not cancel Gapeye Pro.
