What we can help with
- Sign-in with Apple, Google, or email, including a message that never arrived.
- A measure that looks wrong. Gapeye shows a width, height, diagonal, or volume, with a ± range. It does not say whether something fits, and it has no size chart. Bring the reading and a tape measurement if you have one. The app is approximate.
- Gapeye Pro: restore a purchase, or cancel in the Apple or Google subscription settings. We cannot see your card.
- Ads and the Google UMP consent choice.
- Download or delete your account. The steps are on the deletion page.
What to include
Use the email address on the account. Say whether the phone is an iPhone or Android, and the app version from Settings. Do not send a card number. A photo of what you measured is optional and is used only to answer you.
Account emails (a sign-in link, a password reset, or an email change) come from Gapeye and name EUROPAPARTS CONTINENTAL S.L. If you did not ask for the message, you can ignore it.
